To open the restore window by selecting Backup/Restore > Restore Journal from the File menu.

 

Restoring a backup will overwrite your current journal.

 

Restore from an automatic backup
Select this option to restore from an automatic backup. After selecting this option select the backup to restore, then click the Restore button

 

Restore from a backup file
Select this option to restore from a manual backup or an automatic backup stored in a different location. When you click the Restore button you will be asked to select the backup file to restore.
