The Toolbar gives you easy access to the most common features. See the Menu section for a complete list of commands in Journal2Day.

 

The Calendar lets you move quickly through dates and entries.  Days marked in bold indicate days that you have created a journal entry.

 

The Mood Gadget lets you quickly record your overall mood for the day by sliding the control to the left or right. Your daily mood is used for search results and the mood chart.

 

The Weather Gadget shows the weather for the entry. Journal2Day can automatically set the weather for your location as you start typing in a new entry. You can also update the weather gadget from the toolbar. See the weather gadget settings for more options.

 

The Photo Gadget can show how you look on the day of your entry.  See the Toolbar and Photo Gadget Settings for more information.

 

The Journal Entry Date shows the date of the current journal entry

 

The Journal Entry is where you enter your thoughts, how your day is going or anything else you want.
